It is the mission of the Moon Lake POA board of directors to secure a safe and prosperous future for the community of Moon Lake. We will work hard at keeping the best interest of our members in our decision making in regard to all common properties. Our goal is to maintain a Moon Lake community

HOA COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENTS AND FUTURE PROJECTS
Here is what your HOA did for you in 2022:
Installed a new motor for pool pump
Dug a new well at Club House
Installed a new furnace at Club House
Installed new double exterior doors in Club House basement
Removed the dead trees from Peninsula Park
Painted exterior of Club House Spring of 2023
Paint the play equipment at Peninsula Park
New dock at Boat Launch
Fresh caulk around the pool and cement repair
The following is a list of proposed projects for 2023 based on finances:
Finish installing new paneling on the exterior of the Bath House and paint
Boat Launch cement repair
