Rental Process
1. Check Availability
Contact the Moon Lake POA to determine whether the Clubhouse is available for your requested date.
2. Review the Rental Agreement
Read the complete Clubhouse Rental Agreement, including all rules, responsibilities, fees and requirements.
3. Submit the Required Information
Complete and return the required rental documentation according to the instructions provided in the Rental Agreement.
4. Confirm Your Reservation
A requested date should not be considered reserved until the applicable rental requirements have been completed and the reservation has been confirmed by the Association.
