Members are responsible for their guests and must accompany their guests for use of the pool, bathhouse, clubhouse, boat ramp, parks and lakes. Fish caught by guests must be included in the property owner's legal limit. For swimming pool and lake fishing purposes, guests will be limited to two persons unless otherwise authorized.
RENTER POLICY
Renters of property owner's homes, cabins or trailers do not have pool or lake privileges. They are considered the same as guests. To use any common properties, they must be accompanied by a property owner in good standing.
